From 6:30-7:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 N. State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor:
Land Use Ordinance
Chapter 2 – Amend definitions of “Breezeway”, “Fire Lane”, “Clear Vision Area Restriction”, “Sight Distance Triangle”, “Kennels”, & “Single Family Dwelling/Residence”
Chapters 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 – Revise auxiliary building setbacks & fencing restrictions
The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission’s scheduled tasks. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Fountain Green City Recorder at 445-3453, 24 hours prior to the meeting.
