From 7:00-7:30 pm on Thursday, January 11, 2024 in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 N. State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor:
Land Use Ordinance
- Chapter 3.6 G & Chapter 4.3 L – delete sentence
- Chapter 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 – Revise accessory building setbacks & solid/agricultural fence height
- Chapter 10.2 D & Chapter 11.6 – addition
The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission’s scheduled tasks.
